# Snug Season > A season-ready checklist for the personal warmers you own. List each warmer - hot water bottle, electric blanket or heated throw, microwavable heat pack, rechargeable or single-use hand warmers, slippers, a throw - with its age and a few words on how it looks, and tick where you get cold. The page builds a phased checklist (before first use, every use, end of season) from a fixed table, each check with a pass-if line, flags anything past a commonly advised age or described with damage words, lists the cold spots nothing covers, and lays every check on a tiled stove you glaze as you go. One metered run reads your words and gives one verdict with a tailored checklist. Not professional advice. The limits are rough estimates - each item's own instructions come first. - The checklist: fixed checks per warmer type in three bands, each with a pass-if line; shown as tiles on a tiled stove and as a tickable list. - The gaps: cold spots (feet, hands, lap and legs, back and shoulders, neck) that nothing on the list usually warms, with a generic idea for each. - Exports: Markdown, CSV and JSON, plus an end-of-season calendar reminder (.ics) carrying the last band of checks. - Next season: "Same warmers, next season" starts a fresh kit from the same list with every tick and condition cleared, so each warmer is looked at again. ## The metered task: ready One run reads the list, the cold spots, the note and the page's facts, and returns one JSON object: a verdict by a fixed order - retire_one (a warmer past the age limit or with damage in its words), check_first (a warmer not looked at yet, or a hot water bottle or electric blanket of unknown age), fill_gap (a cold spot nothing warms), otherwise snug - plus the warmers to retire, 3 to 14 checks across the three bands for the rest, one idea per uncovered spot, the safety lines that apply and a short closing line. The page re-checks every reply against its own reading. ## Safety Never use an electric blanket together with a hot water bottle, and never fill a hot water bottle with boiling water. Stop using anything that is damaged, too hot or smells of burning. Take extra care if someone using a warmer has reduced feeling in the skin.
